Getting into the Program
– Identify that your child might have special needs
– Submit Referral to Local Infants and Toddlers Team
– Evaluation
– Individual Familiy Service Plan (IFSP)- 45 days from referral
Who is eligible for services?
Under three years of age and has at least one of the following:
- Developmental Delay or
- A diagnosed condition that is likely to affect development,
